For clients that reside outside of the United States, Erickson Law is available to support you through the additional steps required to complete your surrogacy journey. In addition to drafting your contracts and establishing parentage rights, we will assist you in obtaining a passport for your newborn, as well as help you to acquire official U.S. document certification. In addition to offering you legal assistance in the United States, we will arrange for an attorney from your own country to personally address questions regarding immigration and family law issues.
