Erickson Law, a Professional Law Corporation Surrogacy Attorney and Surrogacy Lawyer Services

The Surrogacy Law Offices of Erickson Law will help guide Intended Parents and Surrogates by offering solid, fact-based information about an often confusing and emotion laden area of surrogacy law. To help people understand and think through the issues of Surrogacy, Attorney Erickson provides Intended Parents and Surrogates both checklists (See Article, Beginning the Process) and warm, contemplative articles (See Articles and Media Appearance). When it comes to guiding Intended Parents and Surrogates, Attorney Erickson offers our clients a powerful resource and a recipe for success. In addition, Attorney Erickson will provide you the highly specialized, private legal services that are needed to protect the parties' legal rights, as well as the Intended Parents' rights to their baby. In the event an egg, or embryo donor is needed, please refer to our page on Egg Donation or Embryo Donation.
